In connection with YouTube, you agree to comply with the YouTube Terms of Service and other applicable Google policies.

5. YouTube and Other Connected Accounts

• When you connect your YouTube or other social media accounts to Qedora, you authorize Qedora to access and use those accounts in accordance with the permissions you grant via OAuth or similar mechanisms.
• You are solely responsible for the content you schedule, upload, or publish through the Service.
• You must not use Qedora to violate a platform’s community guidelines, copyright rules, or other policies.

6. Content

6.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create, upload, or schedule through the Service (“Your Content”). By using the Service, you grant Qedora a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6.2 Our Content

All software, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and other materials provided by Qedora (“Our Content”) are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Our Content without our prior written consent.

7. Plans, Payments, and Trials

Qedora may offer free trials and paid subscription plans. Specific prices, features, and billing terms will be described at the time you register for a plan. By subscribing, you agree to pay any applicable fees and taxes associated with your plan.

Unless otherwise stated, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law. We may change our pricing and plans, but we will notify you in advance of any changes that affect your existing subscription.

• Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of Your Content or information.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Qedora and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
